Steps to take after purchasing the support package
- Add all the seller ID and the auth token into “Agency Sellers” https://app.gorillaroi.com/agencySellers.php
- Add all the user emails that will be using the addon. If the email is not added, the user is blocked from calling data for security reasons.
- Save the PRO Spreadsheets in your account to a new Gdrive folder and share the access with firstname.lastname@example.org. Then we will set up all the templates and make sure it is working.
- If you have existing spreadsheets and need help with implementing formulas, please share the sheets with email@example.com and we will help get the formulas up and running and also show you if needed.
