What This Report Covers

✅ The Competitive Price report returns Amazon's competitive price for each SKU, broken down by pricing model such as New Buy Box Price or Used Buy Box Price.

✅ Pricing is split into listing price, shipping cost, and landed price so you can see the full cost structure of the competitive benchmark.

✅ Active offer count and condition data are included so you can assess competitive pressure alongside the price itself.

The Amazon Seller Central Competitive Price report returns the competitive price Amazon has on record for each of your SKUs. It covers the pricing model being applied, the full price breakdown, item condition, and the number of active offers competing under each condition.

What Sellers Use This For

Competitive price benchmark. ListingPrice, Shipping, and LandedPrice give you Amazon's view of the competitive price for each SKU. LandedPrice is the figure that matters for Buy Box eligibility since it reflects what the buyer actually pays.

Pricing model identification. CompetitivePriceId tells you which pricing model Amazon is applying, New Buy Box Price or Used Buy Box Price. Knowing which model is active for each SKU prevents you from benchmarking against the wrong price point.

Own offer flag. belongsToRequester shows whether the competitive price returned is your own offer. When it is, you are the price setter for that SKU. When it is not, a competitor is setting the benchmark you need to respond to.

Trade-in pricing for Japan sellers. TradeInValue returns the trade-in value Amazon assigns to the item on marketplaces where trade-in pricing is supported. If you sell on Amazon Japan, this field gives you the trade-in benchmark alongside the standard competitive price.

Offer depth check. Count shows how many active listings exist for the item under the returned condition. A low count with a high competitive price signals an opportunity. A high count with a low price signals margin pressure.
