The Amazon FBA Reimbursement Details report returns a record for every reimbursement Amazon has issued. It covers the reason for each reimbursement, the item condition, amounts at the unit and total level, and how the reimbursement was resolved: by cash, by inventory return, or both.

Total reimbursement value tracking. Sum amount-total across all reimbursements per period to see what Amazon has paid out. Comparing this to what you have claimed: and what was denied: shows whether your reimbursement recovery rate is where it should be.
Cash vs inventory resolution split. quantity-reimbursed-cash and quantity-reimbursed-inventory show how Amazon resolved each claim. If Amazon is issuing inventory replacements instead of cash and you would prefer cash, the resolution type is visible here per claim.
Reimbursement reason audit. reason shows why Amazon issued each reimbursement. Grouping by reason surfaces whether your reimbursements are concentrated in lost inventory, damaged inventory, customer returns, or other categories: each pointing to a different operational issue.
Adjustment tracing. original-reimbursement-id and original-reimbursement-type let you trace adjustment rows back to the original claim. Amazon sometimes adjusts prior reimbursements, and these fields tell you which original event an adjustment applies to.

No. Once connected, your account data pulls automatically. There are no csv files to export, no manual steps, and no scheduled downloads to manage.
Can I pull multiple reports at the same time?
Yes. Each report maps to a separate dataset. You can pull as many as your account supports and work with them side by side.
What does the "API" column in the field table mean?
It identifies which Amazon SP-API endpoint provides that data. Different report types pull from different APIs: the Reports API, Orders API, FBA Inventory API, Product Pricing API, and others. This helps you understand the data source behind each field.
Are all fields listed on each page actually available in my account?
Field availability depends on your seller account type and the marketplaces you sell in. FBA-specific fields, for example, are not available to FBM-only accounts. The fields listed reflect what Amazon exposes through the API for that report.
