SalesTotal - All includes every order regardless of status. Using the right field for your reporting context prevents inflated or understated revenue figures.
Cancellation and unfulfillable tracking. SalesTotal - Canceled, UnitsCount - Canceled, and OrdersCount - Canceled show the volume of orders that did not complete. A rising canceled or unfulfillable rate on a specific SKU points to a stock or listing issue.
Pipeline visibility. UnitsCount - Pending and UnitsCount - Unshipped show how many units are in the order pipeline but not yet fulfilled. Tracking these alongside your fulfillable inventory gives you an early warning when open orders are close to exhausting available stock.
