Gorilla ROI connects to the Shopify Admin GraphQL API and pulls reports covering orders, fulfillments, inventory, products, pricing, images, and refunds. Three additional reports — Inventory History, Sales, and Sales Total — are custom Gorilla ROI datasets built from your Shopify data and stored over time for historical and aggregated analysis.

Yes. The Inventory report shows current available quantity per SKU at each Shopify location with tracking status and weight. The Inventory History report stores daily snapshots of those quantities so you can trend stock levels, measure depletion rates, and build replenishment forecasts across any date range.

The Order report covers every order and line item field including order totals, subtotal, discounts, tax, shipping, net payment, refunded amounts, fulfillment status, cancel reason, and SKU-level quantity. Refund data sits in the Refund report, which covers refunded quantity, subtotal, tax, and total refunded amount per line item SKU.

The Fulfillment report pulls every fulfillment line item from your Shopify store, covering shipment status, tracking number, carrier name, delivered date, estimated delivery date, location name, SKU, and quantity. It includes both the human-readable Shipment Status field and Shopify's internal Status field so you can filter and report on fulfillment state at any level of detail.

Yes. The Product report returns every product and variant attribute including title, vendor, product type, status, tags, handle, variant pricing, inventory quantity, and created and updated timestamps. The Price report returns the current price and compare-at price per variant SKU alongside taxable status and inventory policy. The Image All and Image Main reports return image URLs, alt text, and dimensions for every product image and featured image respectively.

The Order report returns raw order and line item data — one row per line item with every financial field, status flag, and identifier from purchase date through close or cancellation. The Sales report is a custom Gorilla ROI dataset that aggregates your Shopify order data into sales totals, order counts, and unit counts grouped by SKU, split across all, fulfilled, partially fulfilled, and unfulfilled orders. Use the Order report for line-level detail and the Sales report for SKU-level performance analysis.
