GORILLA ROI is owned and operated by OLD SCHOOL VALUE LLC, a Washington Limited Liability Company (referred to, as applicable, as “the Company”, “we” or “us”).
Unless we link to a different policy or state otherwise, this Refund Policy applies when you pay to sign up and use the GORILLA ROI site, add-ons, extensions, web or mobile applications, API or related services ("Services").
By visiting the Site or using the Services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. You shouldn’t use the Services if you don’t agree with this Refund Policy or any other agreement that governs your use of the Services.
As are a small business, based in Seattle WA, we are focused on taking care of our customers and user base.
All emails and communication go to a principal or senior team member of the business. Not inexperienced or unknowledgeable personnel.
This Service also applies to refunds. We understand that GORILLA ROI is not a fit for everybody.
However, we focus on making sure that we end on good terms with customers by being clear and transparent with our pricing and refund rules.

To send periodic emails: We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site.
If you wish to request a refund at any time during the first thirty (30) days, you may;
Your account should be canceled from within your account personally. Go into your account, click on “cancel account” and submit the request which will immediately cancel your account and prevent any further charges.
Cancellation requests via email or contact forms may not be accepted due to the large volumes of email we receive.
One of our goals is to make it easy for you to cancel if you are dissatisfied. We value relationships and do not want to keep you like a hostage if you wish to cancel. However, it is important that users cancel from within their account or submit a ticket to email@example.com.
As noted above, the thirty day refund guarantee does not apply to members who sign up for a trial account and then decides to make a payment. We believe that the trial account offered shall enough time and provide clear expectations of what is offered with our Services.
Refund requests for Trial members are not accepted.
If you are dissatisfied at any time during the first 30 days after purchase, simply delete all digital files, video, audio, and text files you obtained from us, unless it is a non-refundable product which you have paid for.
From your account you can cancel your account and then we'll handle the refunds and finalize the closing of your account.
We will be sorry to see you go but will honor your request promptly.

For monthly plans, cancel anytime from within your account. Your account will be closed immediately.
For longer term plans, refund requests after 30 days are not accepted unless the item is;
Product or Service is "Not as Described"
The Product or Service is "not as described" if it is materially different from the item description or preview that is displayed on our website or demo. If the item is materially different and "not as described" you will be entitled to a refund.
Product or Service Doesn't Work the Way it Should
If the Product or Service doesn't work the way it should and can't easily be fixed, you are entitled to a refund. This includes situations where the item has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you'd known about the problem in the first place. If the item can be fixed, then We are required to do so promptly by updating the Product and Services, otherwise you are entitled to a refund of your payment.
Why a Refund May Not Be Given
If the item is materially similar to the description, preview, demonstration and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund after 30 days in situations like the following;
No Refund for Abuse
If any sign of abuse is detected from your account, you will not be eligible for any form of refund and your account will be shut down immediately.
