GORILLA_COSTDUMP() – Get the AVG, MIN, MAX, FIRST, LAST product costs for any period

Syntax Description

COSTDUMP Gorilla ROI

Description:

Get a dump of results as a changelog for the changes made to the product costs in Gorilla App

Syntax:

GORILLA_COSTDUMP(Seller ID, period, [sku], [aggregate], [marketplace], [count], [sort], [start_date], [end_date])

Seller ID – REQUIRED
Enter the seller ID or nickname you entered in your Gorilla account.

PERIOD – REQUIRED
Predefined period to get costs. Supports array input. When using an aggregate value like ‘AVG’ or ‘MAX’, an array of periods can be used. When using ‘DUMP’ value, only one period is accepted.

SKU – OPTIONAL
SKU or ASIN to filter the results. Can be a range. Mandatory when aggregate filter is used. Only vertical array allowed when ‘FULLWITHHEADER’.

AGGREGATE – OPTIONAL
Aggregate option. You can use this to get an aggregate value of the product costs. Valid values: ‘AVG’, ‘MIN’, ‘MAX’, ‘FIRST’, ‘LAST’, ‘FULLWITHHEADER’ or ‘DUMP’ to dump all values and not aggregate ones (Default ‘DUMP’ when empty). When using aggregate values, you must enter a period and SKU. ‘FULLWITHHEADER’ will show all aggregate options on each SKU/ASIN.

MARKETPLACE – OPTIONAL
Marketplace country filter. Country codes are US, CA, MX, BR, UK, DE, ES, IT, FR, NL, PL, TR, IN, SE, AE, AU, SG, JP, EG, SA. Use ALL to combine values from a single account, ‘EU’ for all Europe markets EXCEPT UK, ‘EURO’ to combine countries using EURO currency.

COUNT – OPTIONAL
Number of data rows to display when using default options to dump all the data as a table. Count is recommended for sellers with tens of thousands of SKUs.

SORT – OPTIONAL
Sorting criteria for default data table output. Valid values: ‘SKU_Asc’ (DEFAULT), ‘Date_Asc’, ‘SKU_Desc’, ‘Date_Desc’.

START_DATE – OPTIONAL
Starting date to get sales from when period is custom.

END_DATE – OPTIONAL
Ending date to get sales from when period is custom.

Examples:

This will provide a DUMP in a table like manner for all the SKUs under this seller, consisting of SKU, ASIN, Name, Market, Currency, Cost, Cost Date, for the whole year of 2023.

=GORILLA_COSTDUMP("TOY STORE", "2023", A1:A100)

This will result in a DUMP with selected SKUs only for the year 2023.

=GORILLA_COSTDUMP("TOY STORE", "2023", A1:A100, "AVG")

This will provide a single column of result for the SKUs selected, and provides the aggregate average for 2023 costs.
